Terms of publication
Based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 19.04.2021 № 420 (Appendix 3) the journal "New Ukrainian Law" is included in Category "B" of the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in specialties 081 – Law.
To publish an article in the scientific journal "New Ukrainian Law" № 2, 2024 it is necessary no later than April 30, 2024 to fill out the author's reference and send to e-mail the journal to info@newukrainianlaw.in.ua article prepared in accordance with the above requirements.
The article is published with the author’s photo, which must be sent to the editorial office in electronic format.
The editorial board of the magazine conducts an internal anonymous review of all articles. The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles of authors who do not comply with the requirements. The editorial board may not share the ideological and scientific beliefs of the authors. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of quotations, surnames, references and facts contained in the text of provided articles.
After receiving confirmation from the editorial board that the article has been accepted, the requisites for payment of the publication fee are provided.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The publication fee is 1300 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 50 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website after June 30, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after July 30, 2024.
