“New Ukrainian Law” is aimed at promoting the latest developments and sharing best practices in law, legal education, and covering the topical issues of the practical application of the legislation of Ukraine.

The journal publishes scientific-theoretical and practical materials devoted to the burning general-theoretical and branch legal issues.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
